Heidi believes in the bodies ability to heal and thrive. She connects in a gentle and profound way to find the root of her patients symptoms. Heidi utilizes acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine and health coaching in her practice. Through careful diagnosis she creates individualized treatments and herbal formulas. She encourages lifestyle choices such as nutrition, relaxation and feng shui principles for optimal wellness.
Children of all ages enjoy coming to see Heidi. As a busy she mom she can relate to families and children of all ages. She is able to treat a variety of pediatric discomforts, such as common cold, restless sleep and digestive complaints.
With a specialty in women's health and fertility, Heidi has helped women in all stages of life to feel more balanced and joy. She loves working with patients to enhance conception and prepare for birth. When treating a woman, acupuncture and herbal formulas shift as symptoms change throughout the cycle.
Heidi started her masters degree at the New England School of Acupuncture in Boston and completed her degree at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Her undergraduate degree was in Human Development from Washington State University. She is nationally certified with NCCAOM and has holds her East Asian Medicine Practitioner license to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in the state of Washington.
Heidi loves spending time with her family camping, exploring and being outside.
