I believe our bodies want to heal and thrive. I enjoy connecting with my patients in a gentle and profound way to find the root cause of their symptoms. By utilizing  acupuncture, massage and herbal medicine I treat many discomforts and help empower my patients. Acupuncture treats acute and chronic pain very well, by increasing blood flow, reducing inflammation and easing emotional stress.

Through careful diagnosis I create unique herbal formulas based on individual health goals. By encouraging healthy lifestyle choices such as nutrition, relaxation and feng shui principles I help support long term health goals.

Children of all ages enjoy coming in for a session. As a mom of 4, I can relate to families and children of all ages and love helping support their health journeys. Acupuncture and herbal medicine treat a variety of pediatric discomforts, such as common cold, eczema, injuries, restless sleep and digestive complaints.

With a specialty in women's health and fertility, I have helped women in all stages of life to feel more balanced and joyful. I love working with patients to enhance conception and prepare for birth. When treating a woman, acupuncture and herbal formulas can shift as symptoms change throughout her monthly cycle.

I began my masters degree at the New England School of Acupuncture in Boston and completed my degree at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from Washington State University. I am a Nationally certified acupuncturist with NCCAOM and hold my East Asian Medicine Practitioner license to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in the state of Washington.

Outside of work I can be found sailing, camping and enjoying adventures with my friends and family.
